flash - I want to create something which records audio from the user and then allows them to send it to an email, OR save it to the server -

i know how use as3 record sound user , enable them save computer. however, instead allow them either send email address right after recording (without them having save computer first , find file), or let them save site owner can access (they know happening.). how might possible?

these kinds of questions discouraged in community...the best questions ask how accomplish/fix specific things, not general goal this.
