Airpush ads for Android -

i want implement airpush ads in app, want users able choose between airpush ads , mobclix ads. permissions api airpush requires user-encrypted imei. android sdk returns unencrypted imei, doesn't it? have sample code how implement this?

apps not getting banned because of airpush. google reinstated 1 app banned day , said looking airpush practices. it's option if users not in-app ads. give user choices.
